BETTER

12 weeks to improve your ability to sustain repeated efforts and maintain intensity.

This program develops your specific endurance, physical resilience, and efficiency in repeated efforts, through a smart mix of conditioning, aerobic work, and functional strengthening.

Designed for hybrid athletes, team sport competitors, or those who want to be solid from start to finish of a match, WOD, or long effort.

STRONGER

10 weeks to build real athletic strength, useful and transferable.

STRONGER helps you develop functional strength, joint stability, and resistance under fatigue.

Ideal for athletes who want to strengthen their foundations, reduce injuries, and generate more power in their sport or daily practice.

OLYMPIC READY

A technical and progressive program to master the basics of Olympic lifting.

Learn to execute the snatch and/or clean & jerk with precision, safety, and efficiency.

Whether you're a beginner, CrossFitter, or field athlete, this program helps you integrate Olympic movements into your performance routine without getting lost in complexity.
